D22 Mini Apartment is a modern and youthful apartment, with the most striking feature being its bright and sunny spaces filled with greenery throughout the home.

The D22 mini apartment features a facade that combines modern and traditional styles, using decorative wind bricks to create highlights for the building

 

Located in Thủ Đức City (central District 9), the apartment embodies the youthful and modern spirit of the city. Moreover, it is designed with minimalist lines and a dominant white color scheme, providing a cool atmosphere that alleviates the heat of the South. The construction materials used for the D22 apartment, such as concrete, bricks, stone, and wooden boards, are readily available in the market.

The D22 mini apartment includes separate entrances for residential tenants and office renters.

One of the special features of the D22 apartment is the abundance of natural light that fills the home's spaces. The design cleverly incorporates a skylight in the center of the house along with the staircase, and balconies for all rooms to welcome natural sunlight. Natural light also seeps into the interior through the front porch and the backyard garden. To achieve this concept, large glass doors were used for the main entrance, and hollow spaces were created on the side walls of the building.

Utilizing wind bricks and glass, along with hollow side wall designs, optimizes sunlight and airflow into the apartment.

The D22 mini apartment is a combination of several small modern homes with simple lines. The warm sunlight and cool breezes within the apartment create an inspiring environment for clients who value privacy yet desire openness.
